True TRCB-72-HC~SPEC3 72 5/16" Chef Base w/ (4) Drawers - 115v

The True TRCB-72-HC~SPEC3 chef base is a stainless steel unit that measures 72³/₈ inches wide. It sits on six plate castors for mobility and simple placement, and the front set of castors lock for stability. The chef base has four storage drawers that can be locked when not in use to prevent tampering and theft. The interior is lined with stainless steel and has coved corners for thorough cleaning and sanitation.

The True TRCB-72-HC~SPEC3 chef base cabinet walls and drawer facings are insulated with high-density, foamed-in-place polyurethane insulation, which works to hold in cold temperatures. The refrigeration system in the unit is mounted on the side for easy maintenance access and uses R290 refrigerant to create and hold cold temperatures between 33 and 38 degrees Fahrenheit. An external digital display shows the internal temperature and enables users to monitor and set it electronically. The base is designed to support up to 1,084 pounds of additional weight.
