True TRCB-79-HC~SPEC3 79 1/4" Chef Base w/ (4) Drawers - 115v

The True TRCB-79-HC~SPEC3 chef base is designed to support additional commercial kitchen equipment on its top. It is intended to bring small or short tools up to a more comfortable working height. The unit is made of stainless steel for durability and resistance to corrosion and rust over time. Its stainless steel top has a marine edge and can hold up to 1,084 pounds of weight. The unit sits on six plate castors that make mobility easier. When moved to its desired place, the front set of castors are equipped with brakes for stability. The whole base measures 79¹/₄ inches wide by 33¹/₂ inches deep by 25¹/₂ inches high.

The True TRCB-79-HC~SPEC3 chef base is equipped with four stainless steel drawers that lock to prevent theft and tampering. The unit's walls and the drawer facings are insulated with high-density polyurethane to maintain a cold internal environment. The refrigeration system is side mounted for accessibility and uses hydrocarbon refrigerant to hold the internal temperature between 33 and 38 degrees Fahrenheit.
