True TRCB-82-84-HC~SPEC3 84" Chef Base w/ (4) Drawers - 115v

The True TRCB-82-84-HC~SPEC3 chef base is constructed of durable stainless steel and equipped with six 4-inch castors for mobility. The base measures 84 inches wide and is designed to support up to 1,084 pounds of extra weight on its stainless steel top. The base works to bring other kitchen appliances up to a comfortable working height for kitchen staff.

This True TRCB-82-84-HC~SPEC3 chef base features four drawers that can be locked when the unit is not in use to prevent theft and tampering. The drawers are made of stainless steel and are set on stainless steel slides for durability and cleanability. They are refrigerated and insulated with high-density, foamed-in-place polyurethane insulation. The side-mounted refrigeration system uses capillary tubes and an environmentally friendly hydrocarbon refrigerant to hold the internal temperature between 33 and 38 degrees Fahrenheit.
