True TRCB-82-HC~SPEC3 82 5/16" Chef Base w/ (4) Drawers - 115v

This durable stainless steel True TRCB-82-HC~SPEC3 chef base is designed to support the weight of other pieces of commercial kitchen equipment on its marine-edged top. It can support up to 1,084 pounds of extra weight and works to bring other appliances closer to a comfortable working height for operators. The unit features four refrigerated drawers for storing cold foods and prepared ingredients. The drawers are lockable for security when not in use, and are insulated with high-density foamed-in-place polyurethane insulation.

The True TRCB-82-HC~SPEC3 chef base's refrigeration system works to hold the internal temperature between 33 and 38 degrees Fahrenheit. The temperature setting can be adjusted and monitored by the user on the external digital display. The condensing unit can be accessed by opening the grill mounted on the side of the base, and the evaporator is coated in epoxy to stop corrosion damage from occurring. This chef base uses eco-friendly and highly efficient R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant.
