This True TRCB-96-HC chef base supports as much as 1,434 pounds of equipment, while providing refrigerated storage for ingredients that need to be kept close by. To prevent accidents and streamline cleanup, this unit has a heavy-duty top with a marine edge that keeps spills contained. The base has four drawers that can accommodate a total of 12 full-size food pans, which must be purchased separately.

Forced-air refrigeration maintains consistent temperatures throughout the unit, while the self-contained capillary tube system ensures a set temperature from 33 to 38 degrees Fahrenheit. For durability, this True TRCB-96-HC chef base features a stainless steel exterior construction with an aluminum back, and for mobility, it has 4-inch castors with locks on the front set.
