Great for operations that need additional chilled storage, the True TUC-27D-2-HC undercounter refrigerator has two drawers that hold food pans filled with ingredients or dishes that need to be rethermed. The cabinet's stainless steel construction adds strength and withstands scratches, dents, and rust. Using eco-friendly R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant, this refrigerator maintains a set temperature between 33 and 38 degrees Fahrenheit, which operators can set to the desired level.

Optimizing efficiency and reducing energy consumption, the compressor's fan motor automatically removes clears buildup off condensing coil. It runs in reverse for 20 seconds during every cycle, blowing away dirt, dust, and debris. While this function improves performance and lengthens the unit's lifespan, routine preventive maintenance is still necessary. 

The True TUC-27D-2-HC refrigerator has electronically commutated evaporator and condenser fan motors that optimize air flow, generate little heat, and use minimal energy. Mounted on castors, this refrigerator can be moved around for cleaning underneath and servicing the refrigeration system.
