Each shelf in the True TUC-60-32F-HC undercounter freezer includes four chrome-plated shelf clips and can be moved in ¹/₂-inch increments on pilasters that match the interior. A clear aluminum liner covers the unit, which has a rust-resistant stainless steel floor. Removable without tools, the door gaskets have a one-piece, magnetic construction, while a 12-inch-long recessed handle is attached with a sheet metal interlock on each door.

The True TUC-60-32F-HC deep undercounter freezer has a 36-inch work surface height. Its stem castors measure 5 inches in diameter, and the front set of castors lock for stability. This unit's entire cabinet and solid doors are insulated using high-density, polyurethane foam, which, along with gaskets around the doors, helps block out the heat. Air circulates through the interior at a constant speed, so stored food stays at a consistent temperature of -10 degrees Fahrenheit.

Each time the compressor turns on, the condensing fan motor automatically blows in a reverse direction for 20 seconds. This mechanism helps remove buildup, such as dirt and dust, from the condensing coil, enabling it to operate more efficiently, using less energy while keeping products cool. Preventive maintenance is still recommended as a regular practice to ensure the coil is functioning properly.
