The True TUC-93D-2-HC undercounter refrigerator has two drawers fitted with recessed, 12-inch-long handles€”held in place with a sheet metal interlock€”and two doors that swing within the cabinet dimensions. Each drawer can accommodate small food pans or two 12-inch by 20-inch by 8-inch food pans, measurable with divider bars. There are two PVC-coated, wire shelves on the right door and two at the center, each including four chrome-plated clips. These shelves are adjustable in ¹/₂-inch increments.

Maintaining temperatures between 33 and 38 degrees Fahrenheit, the True TUC-93D-2-HC deep undercounter refrigerator uses environmentally friendly hydrocarbon refrigerant and a factory-balanced refrigeration system with guided airflow. This unit cools products uniformly and operates with peak efficiency, using fan motors that minimize heat. Buildup is removed from the condensing coil with a 20-second reversal feature. Each cycle, the compressor fan motor runs in reverse to blow away debris that's collected on the coil. This mechanism helps optimize performance, lower energy consumption, and lengthen the lifespan of the unit. For best results, preventative maintenance should still be performed on a routine basis. 

The state-of-the-art condensing unit slides out from behind the front grille and the evaporator is coated in epoxy to eliminate corrosion. Its stainless steel cabinet features a GalFan-coated steel back and a clear-coated, aluminum liner. The drawers, doors, and cabinet are insulated with high-density polyurethane, retaining cold air and increasing structural strength.
