True TUC-93D-6-HC 93" W Undercounter Refrigerator w/ (3) Sections & (6) Drawers, 115v

The True TUC-93D-6-HC deep undercounter refrigerator has six drawers, each accommodating two 12-inch by 20-inch by 8-inch food pans or several smaller pans with useful divider bars. Each drawer is fitted with a 12-inch-long, recessed handle fused with sheet metal interlocks for firm attachment. Magnetic gaskets and stainless steel drawer slides and rollers can be removed without tools for cleaning. This unit is made of stainless steel with a GalFan-coated, steel back and clear-coated, aluminum liner. The refrigerator is insulated with high-density, environmentally friendly polyurethane foam.

With an extra-large evaporator coil, large condenser, and high-horsepower compressor, the factory-balanced refrigeration system provides a uniform product temperature between 33 and 38 degrees Fahrenheit. The operator can set the temperature at a precise level depending on the stored product. Using R134A refrigerant, the unit has a sealed, cast iron evaporator fan motor with large blades to provide efficient, low-velocity, high-volume airflow. This True TUC-93D-6-HC undercounter refrigerator is ideal for use in busy restaurants because it ensures fast temperature recovery and short run time.

The condensing coil is kept clean by a 20-second fan reversal feature. At the beginning of each cycle, the fan blows in reverse to rid the coil of settled dust and buildup. Though this function reduces energy consumption, lengthens the unit's lifespan, and improves efficiency, regular preventive maintenance will still be necessary.
