True TWT-27D-2-HC 28" Worktop Refrigerator w/ (1) Section & (2) Drawers, 115v

The True TWT-27D-2-HC worktop refrigerator is made of stainless steel with a GalFan-coated back and a clear-coated, aluminum-lined interior. Because the backsplash is of one-piece construction with the top, bacteria and food particles cannot be trapped underneath. This refrigerator has 5-inch-diameter stem castors with locks on the front set and a 36-inch work surface height. The unit is insulated with environmentally friendly, high-density polyurethane. Two heavy-duty drawers include recessed handles€”fused with a sheet metal interlock for permanence€”and magnetic gaskets that can be removed without tools for quick cleaning. Each drawer accommodates one full-size food pan or fractional pans.

Evaporator and condenser fan motors in the True TWT-27D-2-HC worktop refrigeration unit are electronically commutated to operate reliably at peak efficiencies, generating little heat and circulating a consistent airflow volume. The factory-balanced refrigeration system maintains a set temperature between 33 and 38 degrees Fahrenheit, with guided airflow to provide uniform product temperatures. The condensing unit€”located in the back of the cabinet€”slides out for swift maintenance. Using R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant, the self-contained, capillary tube system is more environmentally friendly than units that use standard refrigerants.

By removing settled dirt and dust from the condensing coil, the condenser fan motor's self-cleaning mechanism optimizes performance. The fan motor automatically blows air in reverse for a 20-second period when the compressor starts up. This mechanism helps lengthen the unit's lifespan and lower energy consumption, but it should not replace regular preventive maintenance.
