This True TWT-36-HC worktop refrigerator has two doors that can remain open past 90 degrees and will self-close if left open less than that. To hold product, this unit has four PVC-coated wire shelves, which can be adjusted in ¹/₂-inch increments. Because the top and backsplash are a single piece of stainless steel, crevices where liquids and crumbs could get stuck are eliminated, facilitating cleanup. Its sides, top, and front are all made of stainless steel€”a durable and quick to clean material ideal for use in commercial kitchens.

To maintain cool temperatures, this unit uses R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant, and it can be set to a specific temperature between 33 and 38 degrees Fahrenheit. The True TWT-36-HC worktop refrigerator is fully insulated with foamed-in-place, high-density insulation, keeping cold air inside. Because the evaporator is epoxy coated, it is protected from corrosion.

To improve efficiency by keeping the condensing coil clean, the compressor's fan motor employs a self-cleaning function. For a 20-second period each cycle, it runs in reverse to blow away settled dirt and dust from the coil. This mechanism, when combined with regular preventive maintenance, can improve performance and lengthen the unit's lifespan.
