The True TWT-67F-HC worktop freezer includes four heavy-duty, PVC-coated shelves that are adjustable in ¹/₂-inch increments and feature four chrome-plated shelf clips each. Its two positive-seal, aluminum-lined doors swing within cabinet dimensions, and their magnetic gaskets have a one-piece construction for quick removal. Each door is fitted with a 12-inch-long recessed handle that is permanently foamed in placed with a sheet metal interlock. Insulated with polyurethane, the cabinet exterior is made of stainless steel with a GalFan-coated steel back, while the interior is aluminum lined with coved corners. The backsplash and top are made from a single piece, so bacteria cannot get trapped underneath.

Using a balanced refrigeration system, the True TWT-67F-HC worktop freezer provides uniform product temperatures at -10 degrees Fahrenheit. The state-of-the-art evaporator and condenser fan motors move air consistently, maintaining a reliable motor. This freezer uses R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant and features an automatic time-initiated, time-terminated defrost system.

Designed to eliminate dirt and buildup from the condensing coil's surface, the condensing fan motor automatically blows air in reverse for 20 seconds when the compressor turns on. This mechanism helps maintain a clean condensing coil, which can lengthen the unit's lifespan and improve performance. However, this feature should not replace routine preventive maintenance.
