It measures 48¹/₄ inches wide by 32 inches deep by 38⁵/₈ inches high and provides ample space on its worktop for ingredient prep. This unit rests on four swivel casters to ease repositioning; two of the casters can lock to stabilize the unit in place. To ease the transport process, its doors can be locked to ensure they don't open as the unit is moved. It is constructed of galvanized stainless steel, protecting it from minor damage and easing the cleaning process. A thick layer of polyurethane insulation holds the interior at an ideal temperature range between 33 and 38 degrees Fahrenheit. To minimize operational oversight requirements, this unit comes with a digital temperature monitor on its side that displays interior temperature.
