Designed to accommodate heavy countertop equipment, the Turbo Air TCBE-52SDR-E-N Super Deluxe chef base includes a reinforced one-piece stainless steel top that supports up to 788 pounds. Its extended surface is insulated to reduce heat transfer into the refrigerated cabinet. The two stainless steel drawers each hold up to three full-size pans up to 6 inches deep (pans not included) and feature recessed handles for ease of use. Mounted on 4-inch swivel casters, this unit is easy to move and secure for cleaning or repositioning.

Built with high-density foamed-in-place polyurethane insulation, the Turbo Air TCBE-52SDR-E-N chef base helps retain cold air and improve energy efficiency. The side-mounted, self-contained refrigeration system uses R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant and maintains temperatures between 33 and 38 degrees Fahrenheit. A front-mounted digital temperature display provides quick visibility for monitoring conditions. The self-cleaning condenser automatically clears dust buildup to prevent coil obstruction, while the anti-corrosion coated evaporator supports long-term reliability.
