To maintain visibility, the double-pane glass doors reduce the formation of condensation. Locks on the doors reduce the risk of theft. If the doors are not shut all the way, an alarm sounds to alert the operator. As soon as the doors are opened, the evaporator fan delays to prevent intake of warm air.

Product is stored on eight polyethylene-coated wire shelves in the cabinet. Since the Turbo Air TGM-35SD-N glass door merchandiser is insulated with polyurethane, cold air stays inside. Every day, a device built onto the condenser removes dust and dirt. The digital control system has a digital display, making it easy for operators to check the internal temperature. A turbo cooling function quickly brings temperature down when product has just been stocked. Before issues occur, the early warning system provides alerts.
