The Turbo Air TOM-48L-UF-S-3S-N low-profile horizontal cooler is a self-contained refrigeration system that uses environmentally friendly R290 refrigerant to generate cool temperatures. Operators can customize temperatures with the electronic digital thermostat, while the solar-powered digital thermometer displays an accurate readout to ensure contents are stored appropriately. Because it's insulated by foamed-in-place polyurethane, this merchandiser can be stored safely in 80-degree-Fahrenheit ambient air or in areas with as much as 55 percent humidity. The included night cover can be placed atop the unit overnight or when the business is closed to preserve temperatures and energy. To reduce hands-on maintenance tasks and extend its lifespan, the condenser has a dust-trapping front filter and a rotating brush that removes buildup daily, ensuring it can operate properly over time.
