This display is encased with tempered glass panels to provide a full view of the merchandised foods. Its rigid, square base is made of durable stainless steel for lasting durability and resistance to rust, corrosion, and general wear. When this 30-inch-wide by 35³/₈-inch-deep by 36¹/₄-inch-tall piece needs to be transported for servicing or cleaning, its locking 3-inch-diameter casters ensure smooth mobility.

To hold food at safe temperatures, the Turbo Air TOS-30PN-S display case's self-contained refrigeration system operates with eco-friendly R-290 hydrocarbon refrigerant. This system doesn't require plumbing to ease installation, while its self-cleaning condenser includes a dust-catching fine mesh filter and a dust-removing rotating brush to prolong service life. As menus change, staff can modify the unit's temperature with the digital temperature controller, and high-density polyurethane insulation retains produced cold temperatures. To achieve and maintain desired temperatures, this unit should be installed in areas that don't exceed 75 degrees Fahrenheit and 55 percent humidity.
