A self-cleaning device brushes the condenser to remove dust, preventing premature system failures. Product is held on two 27-inch-by-17-inch stainless steel shelves. LED lighting illuminates the interior, so staff can quickly find what is needed for prep work.

Ergonomic handles make it easy to open the doors, and the doors have a self-closing feature to keep cold air in the cabinet. ABS sheet door liners have thermal efficiency to resist water condensation.
