The John Boos E1S8-24-14R24 compartment sink can be used in a commercial dining establishment's kitchen for washing pots, pans, and other cooking equipment that can't be put through the dishmachine. It has a side drainboard that can hold dirty items or be used as a drying station for clean ones, and it's guarded by a backsplash that keeps sink spray off the wall behind the unit. The sink's coved corners take away crevices and nooks where food residue and contaminants could potentially build.
