The Server 87310 jar pump dispenses thin product like syrup, oils, and flavorings. It can dispense a portion as big as 1 ounce, with the serving sizes adjusting in ¹?₈-ounce portions. This unit fits on a 1⁹/₁₀-quart, ninth-size 87203 jar, which is sold separately, and its stainless steel construction withstands heavy use and corrosion. Captured balls in the cast valve body prevent product loss. The Server 87310 jar pump is certified to be cleaned in place.
