The Cal-Mil 1850-4-55 chilled condiment display is perfect for organizing condiments, garnishes, or anything else at your bar, restaurant, or any other food service venue. This display set includes a stainless steel base, welded jar holders, three clear 16-ounce jars, and three stainless steel lids. Cooling pucks are also included to keep food at desired temperatures; these pucks are supposed to be placed in the freezer for at least six hours. The pucks are placed between the bottom of the jar and the easily-removable stainless steel base.
