The Cadco BLS-3HLD-1H Bakerlux? convection oven?s touchscreen monitor provides 99 programable settings, including 12 Quick Action programs. Time settings are available with a 10-hour option or continuous-on function. It has a heat range of 175 to 500 degrees Fahrenheit and six humidity options that enable chefs to customize menu items as they cook; this promotes accurate cooking with flexibility in moisture control. The door is top-open with a double-wall cool-touch window, and the unit shuts off automatically when the door is opened for enhanced safety.

Inside the Cadco BLS-3HLD-1H single half-size convection oven is 1.6 cubic feet of space with three shelf segments designed to hold half-size sheet pans. It includes a ventless hood for installation outside valuable hood space, and this hood has an automatically reversible fan with two speeds. Mounted on an aluminum stand, it comes with four casters and can house 10 half-size sheet pans below the cook chamber.
