From the Bakerlux? LED series, the Cadco BLS-4FLD-1H single-deck convection oven?s ventless hood features an automatic fan with two speed settings. The interior of the unit measures 4 cubic feet and can hold four full-size sheet pans. When opened, the pull-down door automatically shuts off the heat and fan to limit wasted energy. This door has a double-pane window, maintaining a cool-to-the-touch surface to minimize burn risks.

The Cadco BLS-4FLD-1H single convection oven sits atop an aluminum cart with four casters that's capable of holding 10 full-size pans. The digital control panel can save 99 presets including 12 Quick Access programs. It also controls the temperature from 175 to 500 degrees Fahrenheit, offers six humidity options, and can be set to a 10-hour timer or continuous run.
