Its double-wall, insulated glass door remains cool to the touch to prevent injury and is illuminated with an LED light to improve visibility. It has a temperature range of 175 to 500 degrees Fahrenheit, and this unit uses an advanced airflow design to promote even baking and includes an electro valve for direct water connection.

Constructed of stainless steel, the Cadco XAF-193 convection oven is durable, rust resistant, and easy to clean. A full-size, countertop unit, it's equipped with four shelves that each accommodate a full-size sheet pan. Overall, it measures 31¹?₂ inches wide by 32 inches deep by 23 inches high.
