The Cadco XAFT-04FS-LD Bakerlux? full-size convection oven has a lasting motor made of heavy-duty stainless steel. Two dual-speed fans ensure evenly cooked food, and, with the help of LED lights, users can watch the baking process through the door. When the door is opened, the heat switches off.

LED buttons control temperature, time, humidity, and fan speed. The Cadco XAFT-04FS-LD convection oven can heat to 500 degrees and cook continuously. Custom options can be saved to 12 preset buttons for simple operation. Its door is made of double-walled glass and stays cool to the touch. Users are notified by lights and alarms when the baking cycle is done.
