The natural gas-powered Garland MCO-GD-10M convection oven's exterior measures 38 inches wide by 44¹/₂ inches deep by 57¹/₂ inches high. Its interior cabinet measures 29 inches wide by 28 inches deep by 24 inches high and is covered with porcelain enamel; the interior's corners are coved for convenient cleaning. The inside of the oven also features six chrome-plated racks that can be arranged in various configurations using the 13 rack guides.

The Garland MCO-GD-10M convection oven is a full-size, single-deck unit constructed of a durable and corrosion-resistant stainless steel exterior. It has a double-door design, and each door features double-pane thermal windows that work to keep internal temperatures stable while also providing visibility. This convection oven uses a two-speed fan to pull in air and circulate it throughout the cabinet, evenly distributing warm temperatures. This unit is equipped with easyTouch™ controls that facilitate quick operation and feature pre-programmed recipe settings.
