The Garland MCO-GD-20-S double convection oven has two full-size cavities, each 28 inches deep to accommodate pans positioned front to back and side to side. These oven interiors each have six racks that can be placed in 13 different positions. Because the interior surfaces are porcelain enameled, they are corrosion resistant and nonstick to simplify cleaning. Corners in the ovens are coved, so they don't have crevices that could trap debris and harbor bacteria.

The solid-state controller in this Garland MCO-GD-20-S full-size gas convection oven is simpler to use than digital controls, so less-experienced cooks can operate it. Its temperature is adjustable from 150 to 500 degrees Fahrenheit, and the timer has a one-hour limit. The fan speed can be adjustable to high and low settings; the low option complements delicate batters and baked goods.
