The Garland SUMG-100 Summit full-size convection oven ignites electronically and shuts off after a period of disuse for safety purposes. It is made of durable stainless steel that can be wiped clean, while the coved interior corners capture food particles so users can wipe them out with ease. So operators can monitor food as it cooks, the dependent door has a thermal, double-pane glass window and lights that illuminate the cabinet.

To accommodate a wide range of product, the five chrome-plated racks in the Garland SUMG-100 Summit natural gas convection oven are adjustable on 13 positions. The fan has three levels€”high, low, and pulse, and controlled with a solid-state thermostat, the temperature can be adjusted from 150 and 500 degrees Fahrenheit. It also has a 60-minute timer that lets users know when cooking is complete.
