Garland SUMG-200 Summit Double Full Size Natural Gas Convection Oven - 106,000 BTU

The Garland SUMG-200 Summit double full-size convection oven is ignited directly, and to keep the oven and user safe, there is a shutoff feature after a period of inactivity. So it is highly durable for heavy-duty use and can be wiped clean, the exterior is made of stainless steel. Furthering easing cleaning, the interior has coved corners that capture food particles, and this unit has 6¹/₂-inch legs to elevate it to a comfortable working height.

Because both dependent door sections have thermal windows and interior light, users can monitor food while it cooks in the Garland SUMG-200 full-size convection oven. Adjustable with a solid state control, the temperature can be regulated between 150 and 500 degrees Fahrenheit. It has five oven racks per deck equaling 10 total, each of which is adjustable for varying product needs.
