Moffat E27M2 Full-Size Countertop Convection Oven, 208v

The Moffat E27M2 Turbofan? convection oven has two chrome-plated racks to support product, and halogen lamps shine on contents, keeping them visible through the double-pane glass door. A reversing fan moves air around the cook chamber, eliminating hot spots. Because the interior is covered with nonstick porcelain enamel, debris does not cling to the walls, facilitating cleanup. When cleaning the door, an employee can remove one pane of glass to wipe away the debris buildup between the two panes.

Constructed of stainless and aluminized steel, the Moffat E27M2 full-size convection oven is durable and resistant to rust. To prevent burns, the door stays cool and indicator lights show when it is on and warming. Its interior temperature can be set and adjusted with a dial from 150 to 500 degrees Fahrenheit. For keeping track of the cook time, another dial sets a timer, which counts down from 60 minutes and buzzes when it reaches zero. A light also illuminates to visually notify employees that cooking is done.
