This Southbend PCHE15S/T-V double half-size convection oven’s top, sides, and front are made of durable stainless steel that can withstand repeated use. The full double-deck unit measures 30 inches wide by 29 2/3 inches deep by 64 inches high. Each of the two ovens has a separate touchscreen control panel that can be slid out for repairs and maintenance. This panel features digital displays as well as precise controls over timers and temperatures.
Each of the cabinets in the Southbend PCHE15S/T-V double half-size convection oven measures 15 4/5 inches wide by 21 3/10 inches deep by 20 inches high. Both interiors are made of porcelain finished in enamel, and they feature coved corners that prevent debris from building in hard-to-reach areas.
