Lincoln 1600-FB3G 73" Gas Low Profile Triple Impinger Conveyor Pizza Oven - Natural Gas
The Lincoln 1600-FB3G-NG Impinger™ conveyor oven's internal microprocessor controls the unit's belt speed and bake time and can be manually adjusted with the digital controller. Imbued with FastBake™ technology, this unit expedites service for customer satisfaction, and with a 250-to-600-degree-Fahrenheit temperature range and 1-to-30-minute timer, it can be adapted to cook thin or thick crusts. Settings are lockable to prevent accidental adjustments and can be monitored with the fluorescent speed, thermostat, and diagnostic display. The unit uses a manual on/off switch and is natural-gas powered.
To conserve space without sacrificing production quantity, the Lincoln 1600-FB3G-NG conveyor oven features a triple-deck design with a low-profile construction. This 80-inch-long by 601/2-inch-deep by 663/8-inch-high unit is mounted on a stand with four swivel casters that facilitate smooth transportation. Its stainless steel sides, top, and front resist rust and wear to withstand frequent washing and maintenance; it also features a glass loading door for an unobstructed view of the cooking process, and a cool-to-touch handle that protects against burns. The 73-inch-long by 32-inch-wide conveyor is reversible for left-to-right or right-to-left operation and can be removed through the side channels for cleaning. It's equipped with a product-stop function for easy retrieval, and to accommodate large pizzas, flatbreads, and calzones, the interior cooking chamber measures 40 inches long.
