The Lincoln 1622-000-U low-profile conveyor oven measures 80 inches long by 60¹/₂ inches deep by 44¹/₈ inches high, and its single-deck structure accommodates low-volume establishments without sacrificing quick service. Imbued with FastBake™ technology, this unit can be set to cook for as long as 30 minutes at a time with an adjustable 250-to-600-degree-Fahrenheit temperature range. Its internal microprocessor controls the bake time and belt speed and can be modified to accommodate different styles of pizza crust. To prevent accidental alterations, the settings are lockable, and staff can observe the temperature, speed, and diagnostic readings with the fluorescent display panel.

With a stainless steel top, front, and sides, the Lincoln 1622-000-U electric conveyor oven resists rust and wear over extended use, and to simplify transportation, it features a metal stand with four swivel casters. A front-loading panel provides access to the 40-inch-long baking chamber, while the glass door provides full visibility of the baking process and can be opened with the protruding, cool-to-touch handle. The 73-inch-long by 32-inch-wide conveyor can be removed through the sides for cleaning, and when operational, this belt can be reversed from left-to-right to right-to-left to meet spatial requirements. For safe retrieval the belt features product stop mechanics and can be completely turned off with the manual power switch.
