Because of its low-profile silhouette, the Lincoln 1623-000-U conveyor oven is great for small-scale operations, and it features a single-deck structure that expedites service in low volumes. Its stainless steel front, top, and sides resist rust for lasting use. A front glass access door provides a convenient access point for product loading, as well as an unobstructed view of the baking process, while its raised handle protects users from burns. Inside is a 40-inch-long baking chamber with a 73-inch-long by 32-inch-wide conveyor that protrudes through the side channels of the unit and can be removed for cleaning. The conveyor belt is designed with a product-stop function that enables safe retrieval of pizzas, calzones, and flatbreads; it can also be mechanically reversed to dispense product to the left or right. For mobility, the unit is mounted to a stand with four swivel casters.

Featured in the Impinger™ series, the Lincoln 1623-000-U conveyor oven uses an internal microprocessor to control conveyor speed and bake times. This 80-inch-long by 60¹/₂-inch-deep by 44¹/₈-inch-high electric unit can be turned on or off with the manual power switch. It uses FastBake™ technology to effectively bake, cook, and crisp pizza crusts, and its temperature can be adjusted between 250-and-600-degrees Fahrenheit. Its timer can be set from 1 to 30 minutes, and all the controls can be locked to prevent accidental adjustments. An illuminated digital display enables staff to quickly determine the thermostat, speed, and diagnostic status.
