Equipped with FastBake™ technology, the Lincoln 1624-000-U Impinger™ conveyor oven quickly crisps, cooks, and bakes menu favorites. It has a temperature range of 250 to 600 degrees Fahrenheit with a microprocessor-controlled timer that can be set as high as 30 minutes. To meet customer-specific requirements, temperature, speed, and time settings can be manually adjusted, and these settings can be locked to hinder accidental modifications. This electric unit operates with an on/off power switch and features an illuminated diagnostic, temperature, and conveyor speed indicator.

The Lincoln 1624-000-U conveyor oven sports a compact, low-profile design that measures 80 inches long by 60¹/₂ inches deep by 44¹/₈ inches high€”ideal for small kitchens and back-of-house spaces. Its single deck expedites pizza, calzone, and flatbread production in low volumes and can be smoothly transported with its metal stand and swivel casters. Because the front, top, and sides are constructed of rust-resistant stainless steel, this piece is durable enough to withstand frequent cleaning. A glass front loading door provides access to the 40-inch-long baking chamber and enables staff to monitor cooking progress. Its cool-to-touch handle protects operators from burns. For maintenance, the 73-inch-long by 32-inch-wide conveyor can be removed through the open side channels, and to accommodate various spaces, it has a reversible indirect drive for right-to-left or left-to-right motion. The belt can also be stopped for safe product retrieval or extended cooking times.
