Middleby Marshall PS638G-CO 38" Gas Impingement Conveyor Oven - Natural Gas

The Middleby Marshall PS638G-CO gas conveyor oven is a single-deck unit with a 38-inch-wide baking chamber and 65¹/₄-inch-wide by 26-inch-deep conveyor belt that enables staff to insert uncooked product into one section of the unit and retrieve baked foods from the other end. To withstand back-of-house use, this 65¹/₄-inch-wide by 49²³/₁₀₀-inch-deep unit's front, sides, top, and interior are made of wear-, corrosion-, and rust-resistant stainless steel. So it doesn't raise ambient temperatures, its durable exterior remains cool throughout use, and when thorough cleaning is required, its crumb pans, end panels, air fingers, and conveyor belt can be removed.

Part of the WOW!?, Impingement PLUS! series, the Middleby Marshall PS638G-CO conveyor oven uses impingement technology featuring high-pressure jets of hot air that penetrate the cold halo to quickly and evenly cook food. As menus change, staff can use the electric main control to adjust airflow, cook time, and unit temperature. The timer can be set from 30 seconds to 13 minutes, while the temperature can be adjusted from 325 to 600 degrees Fahrenheit. To minimize energy consumption during use, this oven features an Energy Management System, and the touchscreen control offers one energy-saving mode. The energy eye, or the photo eye sensor at the entrance of the baking chamber, moves the oven to a higher baking speed when it detects food placed on the belt, and when the oven is empty, it automatically returns the oven to idle mode.
