The Alto-Shaam 1000-TH/II cook-and-hold oven uses Halo Heat® to regulate and maintain temperatures close to the user settings. Its digital control can detect small temperature changes, resulting in quick recovery times. With separate knobs for cook and hold, users can set the temperature for each mode. The time can be adjusted by arrow keys and a digital display on the front.

For user convenience, this Alto-Shaam 1000-TH/II cook-and-hold oven automatically switches to hold mode after cooking to keep food ready to serve. Its indicator lights show the active mode and another indicator signals when the unit heats up. This stainless steel unit features a single compartment with a magnetic door latch. It comes with two side racks with eight pan positions, three stainless steel wire shelves, a drip pan with a drain, and an external drip pan.
