This oven is equipped with field-reversible insulated doors, featuring silicone gaskets and high-temperature ceramic magnetic latches to minimize heat loss during operation.

To ensure precise temperature control, the Cres Cor 1000-CH-SS-SPLIT-DE includes solid-state electronic controls with an LED digital display. The cook and hold cycles maintain temperatures between 140 and 325 degrees Fahrenheit for cooking and 140 to 200 degrees Fahrenheit for holding, reducing shrinkage by 15 to 20 percent.
