The Cres Cor 1000-CH-SS-SPLIT-DX cook-and-hold oven has 18 programmable menu options to recall consistently used recipes. Because of this, users can set the time and temperature of favorite recipes with the touch of a button. The unit reaches temperatures as high as 325 degrees Fahrenheit, and when cooking is complete, it holds foods until it is served. A 6-inch probe sits inside meats to show the internal temperature, which can then be monitored on the digital LED display.

To maximize space in a crowded kitchen, the Cres Cor 1000-CH-SS-SPLIT-DX half-size cook-and-hold oven can be stacked with similar-sized units. Its field-reversible door comes with a magnetic silicone gasket to ensure a tight seal, keeping warm air inside the cabinet so heat is not lost.
