The Cres Cor 500-CH-AL-DX Cook-N-Hold cabinet features a fiberglass-insulated cabinet for ideal chamber heat retention. Its door is solid, further improving this area of performance. This oven uses aluminum and stainless steel to add corrosion resistance and toughen it against dents and gouges. The drip pan is external.

Inside the chamber, the Cres Cor 500-CH-AL-DX holding oven has 11 different positions to choose from when placing pans inside it. The chamber can hold five 12-inch by 20-inch by 2¹/₂-inch pans, or as much as 50 pounds of product. A set of Deluxe controls run through an LED display, which coordinates the included food probe or offers 18 programmable menu options. Casters support unit movement at will.
