The Cres Cor 750-CH-SS-DX undercounter Cook and Hold oven features deluxe LED oven controls with 18 programmable menu options and a 3-in. food probe for precise cooking. Designed for slow, gentle radiant heat, this oven promotes natural browning while reducing shrinkage by 15 to 20 percent for better product yield. Operating at 3,000 watts, it reaches a maximum temperature of 325 degrees Fahrenheit and can cook and hold up to 100 lbs. of meat in less than 6 sq. ft. of floor space. The solid-state electronic control with an LED digital display ensures accurate temperature management during both cook and hold cycles.
Constructed of stainless steel, the Cres Cor 750-CH-SS-DX oven measures 255/8 inches wide by 323/4 inches deep by 321/4 inches high. It accommodates (10) 12-in. x 20-in. x 21/2-in. pans or (6) 12-in. x 20-in. x 4-in. pans on pan slides riveted at 13/8-in. centers, and includes three stainless steel wire grids. The field-reversible, insulated door with a silicone gasket and high-temperature ceramic magnetic latch ensures a secure seal to prevent heat loss. Anti-microbial latches improve kitchen safety by reducing germ spread. An external drip pan keeps floors dry, and the unit is equipped with 31/2-in. swivel casters, two with brakes, for mobility even when fully loaded.
