Equipped with solid-state digital controls and a security panel cover, this ventless, full-size oven ensures safe operation in correctional facilities. Its slow convected air system promotes natural browning while sealing in juices, reducing shrinkage by 15 to 20 percent.

Measuring 25³/₈ in. W x 37³/₄ in. D x 73¹/₂ in. H, the Cres Cor CO-151-F-1818-DZ oven accommodates 18 full-size bun pans on channel pan slides riveted at 3-in. centers. It includes six chrome-plated wire grids for added versatility. Field-reversible Dutch doors with silicone gaskets minimize heat loss, while anti-microbial latches and high-temperature magnetic latches with key locks enhance security and hygiene.
