Constructed of stainless steel, the Cres Cor CO-151-HWUA-6DE half-size cook and hold oven offers precise temperature and humidity control for roasting, cooking, baking, reheating, and holding. Its AquaTemp® system continuously monitors temperature and humidity to maintain food texture, while solid-state process controls with an LED display ensure precise settings. The slow convected air system promotes natural browning and seals in juices, supporting moist heat, dry heat, or a combination of both for various cooking methods.

The Cres Cor CO-151-HWUA-6DE half-size cook and hold oven holds six pans on adjustable 1¹/₂-inch centers and includes three nickel chrome-plated wire grids. The field-reversible insulated door features a silicone gasket to minimize heat loss, and the anti-microbial latch enhances food safety. Its ventless design allows for flexible installation without the need for a hood, while the top-mounted power unit improves airflow. The unit is mounted on 5-inch swivel casters, two with brakes, and can hold up to 120 pounds of food in a compact floor space.
