Constructed of stainless steel, the Cres Cor CO-151-HWUA-6DX half-size cook and hold oven combines precise temperature and humidity control to roast, cook, bake, reheat, and hold food with consistent quality. The AquaTemp® system continuously monitors both temperature and humidity to maintain optimum food texture, while solid-state electronic controls with an LED display ensure precise settings. Its slow convected air system enhances natural browning and seals in juices, supporting a variety of food preparation methods with moist heat, dry heat, or a combination of both.

The Cres Cor CO-151-HWUA-6DX half-size cook and hold oven holds six pans on adjustable 1¹/₂-inch centers and includes three nickel chrome-plated steel grids. The field-reversible insulated door features a silicone gasket to help prevent heat loss, while an anti-microbial latch enhances food safety. The unit's ventless design eliminates the need for hood installation, and its top-mounted power unit improves airflow. Mounted on 5-inch swivel casters, two with brakes, the oven is mobile and compact, fitting in 7 square feet of floor space while holding up to 120 pounds of food.
