Constructed of stainless steel, the Cres Cor CO-151-X-185DE cook and hold oven delivers flavorful results through slow roasting and precise temperature control. Solid-state electronic controls feature an LED digital display, while the slow convected air system promotes natural browning and moisture retention. A top-mounted power unit enhances airflow for consistent cooking. This unit holds (5) 18-inch by 26-inch pans on adjustable 3-inch centers and includes one nickel chrome-plated steel grid. Its ventless design eliminates the need for a ventilation hood. The field-reversible insulated door features a silicone gasket, while an anti-microbial latch ensures food safety. Mounted on 2¹/₂-inch swivel casters, two with brakes, the unit is mobile and compact for undercounter placement.
