It accommodates (18) 18-inch by 26-inch pans or (32) 13-inch by 26-inch pans, with angles adjustable on 1¹/₂-inch centers to fit different pan sizes. The rethermalize and hold cycles ensure consistent food quality, while the slow convected air system enhances browning and locks in natural moisture. This oven reaches a maximum temperature of 350 degrees Fahrenheit, and its ventless design allows for installation without external ventilation.

Equipped with smooth interior coved corners, the Cres Cor RO-151-F-1332DE oven is designed for quick cleaning and reduced grease buildup. Field-reversible, insulated Dutch doors reduce heat loss, and magnetic, anti-microbial latches ensure secure closure while maintaining hygiene.
