Designed for high-volume kitchens, the Cres Cor RO-151-F-1332DX Quiktherm® cook and hold oven combines rethermalization, convection cooking, and holding capabilities in one efficient, full-size unit. This reach-in, single-cavity oven accommodates either 18 pans measuring 18 inches by 26 inches or 32 pans measuring 13 inches by 26 inches, with angles adjustable on 11/2-inch centers for flexible loading. The oven features deluxe LED controls with 18 programmable menu options, and the included 6-inch food probe ensures precise cooking results. The retherm and hold cycles support both reheating precooked meals and slow roasting, while the slow convected air system promotes even browning and retains natural moisture. Operating at 8 kilowatts, this unit reaches a maximum temperature of 350 degrees Fahrenheit and includes a ventless design for easy installation without requiring external ventilation.
The Cres Cor RO-151-F-1332DX reach-in oven is built for durability, featuring stainless steel construction with smooth interior coved corners that resist grease buildup and simplify cleaning. The field-reversible, insulated Dutch doors minimize heat loss and are secured with high-temperature, magnetic ceramic latches for safe transport. Anti-microbial latches provide added protection against germ spread, while recessed push/pull handles on both sides prevent wall damage and improve maneuverability. The oven is mounted on four heavy-duty 5-inch swivel casters, two of which are braked for stability. Additional features include a permanent 8-foot cord with a NEMA 6-50P plug, an ON/OFF push button switch, and a thermostat that manages retherm and hold cycles within a temperature range of 140 to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
