Built with a pass-thru configuration to improve workflow efficiency, the Cres Cor RO-151-FPWUA-18DE Quiktherm® cook and hold oven is designed for rethermalizing, convection cooking, and holding in high-volume kitchens. This full-size, reach-in oven features solid state electric controls and an easy-to-read LED display, offering precise adjustments for temperature and humidity. The single cavity holds 18 sets of universal angles, adjustable on 1¹/₂-inch centers, to fit a variety of pan sizes. The oven reaches up to 350 degrees Fahrenheit and offers both moist and dry heat settings for versatile cooking. The AquaTemp® system monitors temperature and humidity in real-time to maintain food quality, while the power boost switch adjusts airflow for optimal results.

The Cres Cor RO-151-FPWUA-18DE oven features durable stainless steel construction and smooth interior coved corners that resist grease buildup and simplify cleaning. Field-reversible Dutch doors are fully insulated to reduce heat loss and include high-temperature magnetic latches for secure closure. Anti-microbial latches enhance food safety by limiting germ spread, and an integral drip trough keeps the surrounding area dry. Mounted on four heavy-duty, 5-inch swivel casters (two with brakes), the unit remains stable even when fully loaded. It also includes an automatic water fill system with a low water indicator, and a 4-gallon water pan with an 1850-watt heater for humidity control.
