This full-size, reach-in oven features a single cavity with 18 sets of universal angles, adjustable on 1¹/₂-inch centers, to accommodate a variety of pan sizes. The oven operates at 8 kilowatts and reaches a maximum temperature of 350 degrees Fahrenheit, offering both slow roasting and reconstitution of precooked foods. Deluxe LED digital controls provide 18 programmable menu options, while the 6-inch food probe ensures accurate temperature monitoring. The slow convected air system enhances natural browning for flavorful results, and the ventless design simplifies installation without the need for external ventilation.

Built for durability, the Cres Cor RO-151-FUA-18DX oven features a stainless steel construction with smooth interior coved corners to prevent grease buildup and ease cleaning. The field-reversible, insulated Dutch doors minimize heat loss and are secured with high-temperature ceramic magnetic latches, while anti-microbial latches reduce the spread of germs. Four heavy-duty, 5-inch swivel casters (two with brakes) provide mobility and stability, and the recessed handles help prevent wall damage during transport.
