This full-size, reach-in oven features a single cavity that holds 18 pans measuring 18 inches by 26 inches or 32 baskets measuring 13 inches by 26 inches, with slides adjustable on 1¹/₂-inch centers. The unit operates at 8 kilowatts and reaches a maximum temperature of 350 degrees Fahrenheit, providing both moist and dry heat cooking options. Solid state electric controls paired with an LED digital display ensure precise temperature and humidity management, while the power boosting switch lets users adjust airflow to meet specific cooking needs. The ventless design simplifies installation, eliminating the need for external ventilation.

The Cres Cor RO-151-FW-1332DE features an AquaTemp® system that continuously monitors and adjusts both temperature and humidity to maintain food texture and safety. Built with stainless steel, the oven includes smooth interior coved corners for easy cleaning and prevention of grease buildup. Anti-microbial latches on the insulated Dutch doors enhance safety by reducing germ transmission, and high-temperature ceramic magnetic latches ensure secure closure during operation. The unit is mounted on four heavy-duty 5-inch swivel casters, two of which are braked for stability.
